This perfectly describes the Aurora Acetal GPX Eisblock.<br /><br /><b>More Performance!</b><br />During the development of the EIsblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the chrome-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance.<br /><br /><b>Copper or Aluminium?</b><br />Alphacool uses only copper for all water-bearing parts. Copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminum and is therefore clearly the better choice of material for water cooling. The cooler is made entirely of chrome-plated copper. A chrome plating is much harder than a nickel plating<br />and therefore less sensitive to acids, scratches and damage. It completely eliminates the risk of chipping nickel plating. Additionally, chrome plating looks much more homogeneous and provides a shine that cannot be achieved by nickel plating.<br /><br /><b>Is There Anything Else New?</b><br />The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. IN and OUT are now marked by small triangles. They are easily recognizable and fit perfectly into the entire aesthetics of the graphic card water cooler.<br /><br />The Alphacool Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Acetal is a complete redevelopment of the previous Alphacool graphics card water coolers. <p style="text-align: justify;">The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora GPX-N Acrylic Active Backplate for Geforce RTX 3080/3090 graphics cards is the perfect upgrade for Alphacool's Eisblock Aurora Acrylic GPX-N GPU custom water coolers (see compatibility details). With the help of the backplate, consisting of nickel-plated copper, the back of Geforce RTX 3080/3090 graphics cards can now also be actively water-cooled, thus achieving a significant increase in cooling performance.<br /><br /><b>Connection options</b><br />There are 2 different ways to incorporate the backplate into your existing watercooling loop: <br /><br /><u>Variant 1</u><br />The cooler has an inlet and outlet with G1/4" internal thread on the top side respectively. With suitable connections and hoses/hard tubes, the backplate can be easily integrated into the water circuit. <br /><br /><u>Variant 2</u><br />The cooler has an inlet and outlet on the side suitable for 5/3mm hoses. With the help of Alphacool's MCX 2x manifold with 5/3mm tubing (item 1022250), the active backplate can be easily integrated into the water circuit in a space-saving way. This variant is a sensible choice if there is little space in the PC case and tubing runs will be difficult to do. <b>(Note: Only works with Eisblock Aurora Acryl/ES Acetal GPX-N GPU custom water coolers. Cannot be used in combination with Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIOs!)</b><br /><br />The connection options are very flexible for both variants, as the inlet and outlet can be freely selected depending on the design.<br /><br /><b>Brilliant illumination</b><br />Six addressable digital RGB LEDs are directly recessed and run along the sides of the entire cooling block. This illuminates the entire cooling block and creates unique lighting effects. This perfectly describes the Aurora Acryl GPX Eisblock</p> <p><strong>More Performance!<br> </strong>During the development of the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 DUAL/TUF graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance.</p> <p><strong>New Design!<br> </strong>The Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 DUAL/TUF cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. In addition, they create various contours, which give the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 DUAL/TUF cooler its very own unique identity.</p> <p><strong>Copper or Aluminium?</strong><br> Of course, Alphacool only uses copper for its water coolers. With the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 DUAL/TUF, the copper is nickel-plated. Compared to its predecessor models, Alphacool has improved the nickel plating even further, which has considerably increased the acid resistance. This means that the nickel should resist flaking. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling.</p> <p><strong>Is There Anything Else New?<br> </strong>The Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 DUAL/TUF also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The full-cover cooler with aluminium backplate cools the GPU and all important components such as voltage converters and the graphics memory directly with water.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Connections to the top?</strong> <br>Server cases offer different dimensions than normal PC cases. To save space in width and height, the connections were moved to the top. Another advantage is that it is easier to connect the tubing of a complete server rack with this kind of positioning of the connections. This means that even quick-release fasteners with G1/4" external thread can be screwed directly to the graphics card as already offered by Alphacool.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>More performance!</strong> <br>During the development of the Eisblock ES Acetal GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Turbo graphics card waterblock, we naturally placed great emphasis on increasing performance. For the first step, the cooler was brought closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, the nickel-plated copper block was also made thinner. <p style="text-align: justify;">The Alphacool Eiswolf 2 is the first full cover GPU AIO waterblock from Alphacool. It is based on the Alphacool GPX Eisblock Aurora GPX water block, a pump unit and a 360mm NexXxoS ST30 full copper radiator. The latter is equipped with the Alphacool Aurora Rise Digital RGB fans.<br /><br /><b>Fullcover Waterblock?</b><br />The Eiswolf 2 graphics card AIO water block not only cools the GPU with liquid but also all relevant components that require active cooling. This includes the graphics memory, the VRM and, if necessary, other components that require direct cooling. By using the Eisblock GPX Aurora water cooler, the cooling capacity is identical to that of a DIY graphics card water cooler.<br /><br /><b>Pump</b><br />The Eiswolf 2 has a pump unit in place of the normal connection terminal. This pump unit houses the DC-LT 2 pump. An improved and quieter version of the well-known DC-LT Low Noise Ceramic Pump. Despite looking rather large, the pump unit is only 5 mm wider than a normal connection terminal.<br /><br /><b>Fittings and Tubing</b><br />As with all new AIO units, Alphacool uses only TPV hoses from the Enterprise Solution range for (usually reserved for servers and workstations) in the Eiswolf 2. The tubing is made of EPDM/PP and are extremely heat-resistant, durable, and free of plasticizers. All fittings are also based on the Enterprise Solution range and match the TPV hoses perfectly.<br /><br /><b>Expandability</b><br />By using the quick-release fastener, the Eiswolf 2 can be connected to another Alphacool AIO unit to achieve a larger loop in seconds. Alphacool offers various prefilled components with which the loop can be easily extended. <p style="text-align: justify;">The Alphacool ES GPX Copper/Carbon water cooler with backplate was developed for the Alphacool Enterprise Series. Due to the positioning of the connections, the hosing of the cooler in the server rack is significantly simplified. The top of the cooler is made of carbon. This makes the water cooler lighter compared to Alphacool's Eisblocks with acetal or acrylic tops. Thanks to the compact design, only 1 slot is needed to mount the cooler in the server rack instead of 1.5 slots as before. This additional space saving is one more argument for using the ES GPX Copper/Carbon graphics card water cooler.<br /><br /><b>More performance!</b><br />Alphacool manages to position the cooler as close as possible to the components to be cooled. For this purpose, the heat conducting pads used are reduced to a thickness of 1mm. The maximum possible reduction in the thickness of the copper block and the optimization of the water flow inside the cooler allow all important components such as GPU, voltage converters and VRAMs to be cooled by water much better and more effectively. All of this provides a significant increase in cooling performance.<br /><br /><b>Connections on the back?</b><br />In order to save space in the width and height during installation, the water input and output have been moved to the back of the cooling block. This positioning of the connections makes hosing much easier. It enables easy integration of the GPU cooler into the water circuit even in the tightest server housings.<br /><br /><b>Copper or aluminum?</b><br />Alphacool uses only copper for all water-bearing parts. Copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminum and is therefore clearly the better choice of material for water cooling. The cooler is made entirely of chrome-plated copper. A chrome plating is much harder than a nickel plating and therefore less sensitive to acids, scratches and damage. It completely eliminates the risk of chipping nickel plating. Additionally, chrome plating looks much more homogeneous and provides a shine that cannot be achieved by nickel plating.<br /><br /><b>Thermal paste & thermal pads</b><br />The included thermal paste is Alphacool's Subzero with a thermal conductivity of 16 W/mk. The electrically non-conductive thermal paste is particularly well suited for high contact pressures, but can still be perfectly applied due to its viscosity of 850000 TF. For the thermal pads, Alphacool uses soft pads that fit perfectly to the components to be cooled and are very durable. The 2mm and 3mm thick pads have a thermal conductivity of 3 W/mk. The 1mm thick pads can dissipate 7 W/mk of heat.<br /><br /><b>Discreet appearance</b><br />The matte carbon finish gives the cooler a noble appearance. This makes it additionally interesting for private users who want to do without aRGB lighting.<p> </p><b>Compatibility:</b><br>GPU were approved with photos.
